2. Orders and Payment

  • Order Placement: By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Linx, and Cash (for in-person transactions). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
  • Payment Authorization: You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Order Processing: Our products are often made to order. Please allow approximately three (3) weeks for your order to be completed, from the date of purchase to the date of delivery.
  • Delivery Times: This 3-week period is an estimate and may be subject to delays beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays to you.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the weight of your order.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict policy on returns. Please review our separate Return Policy page for detailed information. As a general rule, unless a product is defective or an error was made on our part, sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Salsamology or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salsamology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
