Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Salsamology. We pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please read our policy carefully to understand our procedures for returns and exchanges.
General Policy
Due to the specialized nature of our products, we operate under a strict NO CASH REFUND policy. We do not accept returns for a refund. However, we do offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the incorrect item was sent.
All exchanges are subject to approval and must meet the criteria outlined below.
Eligibility for an Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The request for an exchange must be made within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. Shoes must not have any scuffs or marks on the soles or upper. We recommend trying on shoes on a clean, carpeted surface.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags, boxes, or bags.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized orders.
- Items marked as “Sale” or “Final Clearance.”
- Gift cards.
The Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us First: Email us at salsa@salsamology.com or call us at 1-868-396-0051 within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and include photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Await Approval: Do not send your item back until you have received an exchange authorization and return instructions from a Salsamology representative.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the exchange is approved due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item), Salsamology will cover the cost of shipping the new replacement item to you.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Processing an Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and inform you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will begin the process of sending your replacement item. Please note that the standard 3-week production and delivery time may apply to the new item.
